I’m very disappointed with my experience.

I received my order, and although all the bottles were included, they appeared partially empty. I contacted customer service and provided photos, but my concern was dismissed with a generic explanation about packaging.

When I requested a return under their 30-day return policy, I did not receive proper assistance or a clear solution.

For the price paid, I expected better product quality and customer service. This process has been frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

The first time I used the product, my hair looked fantastic, soft, very shiny, and no frizz. The second time was shiny but very frizzy. I used the product again, and my hair looked great. I think when I use a plastic hair cap while I have the mask, it works better.
